자본금의 감소 공고 (주권 제출 공고의 갈음)

당사는 2024년 10월 07일 개최한 임시주주총회에서 상법 제439조 제2항 등 관련 법령에 의거하여,
당사의 결손금 보전 및 재무구조 개선을 위한 자본감소를 다음과 같이 실시하기로 결의하였기에 공고합니다.
1. 자본금 감소의 방법
- 형식적 감자(무상감자)
- 2주에서 1주의 병합
- 병합시 1주미만의 단주는 무상소각
2. 자본금 감소의 결과
결손금 보전을 위한 자본금 감소(무상감자)로 인하여 아래와 같이 변경됩니다.
